My experience at KEY has been excellent. Having spent over six years at a larger regional accounting firm, I was limited on what I was allowed to learn. Upon arriving at Key & Associates, P.C., I was afforded the opportunity to work on a variety of engagements, such as Overhead Rate Audits, Reviews, Compilations and Government Contracts. More importantly, in addition to the experience that I gained, is the fact that employee opinions are welcomed, and if they assist the company with becoming a more effective and efficient organization, they are implemented by the owner. I am fortunate to have transitioned to Key & Associates because I was welcomed with open arms and provided an opportunity to grow and input ideas to assist the firm with reaching their goals.
Interns have become an integral part of the KEY family. Our interns get an opportunity to work directly with senior staff as well as the managers and our partner has an open door policy. We have been working with highly recommended interns from such schools as the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business and other local universities.
